“Pole Dancing requires core strength, right?”

You’re not wrong but that’s 100% not what we focus on here. So this is a PSA to stop thinking you need to be in better shape to start with us ‘cause ya don’t!

Sure, a lot of what happens in our studio can provide a physical outlet where you will quite literally start to feel and most likely even start to see new activation in your body.

Truthfully, the fitness aspect of pole dancing is like a cherry on top to what we provide here at Thrive Embodied Arts, but what we value and facilitate in our space goes far beyond a workout.

Our bodies are so damn wise AND they also carry a lot of shit. We navigate that here, and we do a really good job of it.

We welcome space for awareness and flow. That’s the feminine energy working it’s magick; the essence of an embodied life and a body open to pleasure and joy…. abs or not.
