Thrive Embodied Arts, located in the heart of Sussex County, New Jersey, is a healing arts sanctuary, a place to be fully present with your mind, body, and soul through movement, community, and embodied practices. This sacred space is designed to awaken and ignite the most authentic and fully expressed pieces of yourself while connecting back to the physical and sensual body; a haven to explore feminine energy, magick, and joy.
We don’t teach you how to be “sexy” here, we offer space and support to return back home to the innate wisdom of your body.
Through rituals, ceremony, weekly classes and sisterhood, Thrive Embodied Arts and its’ community help support your journey back to self, by deepening awareness and worthiness through embodiment. Here, we live by a soulful philosophy.
