What Our Thriving Community has to Say:
“Since entering my 50s, I’ve struggled with how I feel about my body…
“But being in this space has allowed me to embrace a new relationship with it. Here, I can express myself in ways I never imagined, and that carries into my daily life. Emily helps bring the magic out in all of us.”
- Michelle, Thrive Member
“When I’m here, I don’t have to pretend my life is perfect…
“…or that I’m perfect. I can just be me... sad, angry, anxious, or filled with joy, and there is no judgment. I am supported and cared for in this community, and that has been such an important piece of my personal healing journey.”
- Bonnie, Thrive Member
“Thrive Embodied Arts has helped me find my identity again…”
“Being a mother of two is my greatest accomplishment.. but I’m also so much more than that. I remember that here. Here I step into my true self, a woman who’s proud of her sensuality and able to express it freely without judgment.”
- Ashlee, Thrive Member
