Maybe your nervous system and your busy brain doesn’t need more meditation, or massages (big fan of both btw) but a place to EXPRESS, and RELEASE, and FEEL.

Ya know… 4 and a half years ago I took a big risk opening our beloved studio, in this sleepy ass town where the female vibrations pours into others, before it pours into itself.

We’re not yoga or fitness, but sensual forward… that alone being so taboo( and full of judgment). Then add the poles?! Totally could have been a recipe for disaster.

Oh did I mention the pandemic also? 2 weeks after signing our lease 🫠.

But ya know what, I wouldn’t change a thing. Every single day I get to see women come back home to themselves and the sacredness of their bodies.

And that has been worth every single day of blood sweat and tears.

And I don’t apologize for sh*t anymore. This is who we are. This is what we do. This is who I am.
