Yes, you can do this.

Every week, I speak to women who ask me the same question, and bring up the same concerns when it comes to our space…

“Can I do this?”

“Am I too old?”

“Am I too fat?”

“Am I strong enough?”

“Am I sexy enough?”

Have you thought these things as you scroll through our feed?

Every-time I am met with these words, I feel a simultaneous gut punch, for the fact that we still deal with this sh*t, followed by sensation of hope, because I KNOW Thrive Embodied Arts specializes in untethering from these narratives.

This coven is powerful AF. 🔮

When I first found pole dancing, I too thought it would be a, “fun way to work out.”

But ya know why I thought that? Because I thought a soft body wasn’t loveable. That I needed to stay “fit” in order to be valuable in this society as a woman. That my “hard body” was more desirable in a partnership, or in a room full of others, too. I, personally, went into it for all the wrong reasons.

But what I learned over time was so much more profound…

✨ Movement is actually innate, especially for women. It’s an ancient practice and form of honor and connection. It’s how we celebrated life and death, and everything in between.✨

Mainstream media has made it exhausting to be a woman. Isn’t it time for you to release the heavy expectations of society, other people and maybe even yourself?

Comparison, after all, is the thief of joy.

All these things have made women look further away from ourselves. Thrive exists to shift your gaze back IN.

🔮That’s where your power is.🔮

Some of you have been following us for years, some just found us now. Either way, it’s time. Time to stop being polite and likeable. Time to start honoring you, and living a sensually embodied life.. enjoying every drop of feminine nectar.

You are MORE than enough.

See you soon.
