I’m gonna let you in on a secret… (that shouldn’t really be a secret)

It has nothing to do with how you move on or around a pole and everything to do with waking up your life force energy.

You know when a song just beckons you to mooooove?

That’s the kind of intrinsic energy I’m talking about. It ALL lives within us. The answers, the truths, the love… and the hurt too.

🌟Something magickal happens when our mind and our body reconnect; when we let the body lead and the mind take the scenic route to follow.

🌟Something magickal happens when we get to feel the clarity of sensation and emotion, instead of the overwhelm of them.

🌟Something magickal happens when our sensuality and sexual energy return back home to the self for US, and we remember that in fact, “this body is MINE.”

Healing is messy and beautiful and abundant and dripping in wealth of the self. And I am here for it all.
