Embodiment for the Soul.
I have this theory…
We are constantly searching for “new things” because we refuse to acknowledge the magick right in front of us...
And whereas you might be seeking things like “newness” in external places... (new tricks, new choreography, new shoes, new hot outfits, new healing certifications, new boyfriends, fill in the blanks etc.)
Could the expectations you put on yourself and other’s to do things a certain way actually be a reflection of your own resistance to meet yourself where you are at (or not at) and the discomforts that come with change and the feelings it stirs up?
Embodiment has nothing to do with what you can or cant do, what you have or don’t have...
It has EVERYTHING to do with what you are willing to feel.
(and what you’re willing to make space for, to feel.)
Space allows us to slow down.
Slowing down allows for more sensation. (Some of which may be unpleasant btw.)
But none the less;
More sensation = more choices
So…
Light the good candles
Take a bath in the middle of the day
Do payroll with your fav 90’s jams in the background.
Adorn your home with flowers and colorful offerings.
Journal on the floor in the middle of your living room.
Say yes blissfully.
Say no without guilt.
Drink water out of a wine glass.
Cook naked. (carefully)
Simply because it’s what you want in that moment and in those moments you just might find that they are magickal af. 🔮
