Why we value the embodiment of “Gratitude” at the Thrive Embodied Arts.
Values are going to come in clutch in this life time for any single one of us; in business, in love, in friendships and family- in our journey back to self. I can thank by mentor Leslie for helping me grow the value seeds personally as well as here in our space. Gratitude will always be a big one for us here at Thrive Embodied Arts.
So...unpopular opinion.
Gratitude and saying “thank you” or even being thankful are not the same thing.
Gratitude is a full body experience.
You gotta feel that shit.
Gratitude is the quality of being thankful. It’s an openness and readiness to show appreciation, in kindness with an ease of accessibility to extend it outward and embody it inward.
*2 important notes here; We’re not pouring from an empty cup when we dish it out. And gratitude does not bypass boundaries.
Gratitude helps shift out of a scarcity mindset and survival mode. It opens us up to inner knowing, or intuition and abundance which leads to authentic joy. When we make it clear to ourselves, what makes us feel good, its easier to navigate the things that dont. (and then you can take the necessary action to get rid of the shit that deosnt serve you to make even more space for that which fills you up)
Gratitude is a practice in healing, in self-love and being present. It’s a ritual of living in the appreciation of the your personal power, your growth and the limitless-ness of the journey that still lives ahead of you.
Gratitude is expansive; an entire vibration to tune your life to.
But its gotta start with you. Without gratitude for yourself- the most messy and most brilliant pieces and all that make you you, that seed will never get a chance to break the surface.
Gratitude is palpable- you can’t fake that shit and you shouldn’t want to.
