Yes, we share here!

What would you do if we asked you to share your pole?

Better yet, how would you feel about it?

When we share space with others, it asks us to engage in connection, not control- which is so often mistaken for connection.

When we share space, we invite vulnerability in, because we expose ourselves to being seen, and in turn we see others.

Vulnerability is the birthplace of growth.

What have we been privileged to see or engage with, or share laughter about, that we otherwise may not have?

What has been reflected back to us within this exchange?

Here at Thrive, sharing poles is made to be part of our practice. You can think of it as another way to foster growth.

Perspective changes everything, but opportunity for shift and growth is an even greater gift.
