Write a Book.

Stories That Have Been Writing Themselves for Years, by Women Finding Themselves Right Now .

There are stories we've been telling ourselves for years.

And then there are the stories that have been living inside us, quietly shaping our choices, our relationships, our bodies, and our becoming.

Some were inherited.
Some were learned.
Some were created in moments of heartbreak, joy, survival, and transformation.

Pathways of the Feminine is an invitation to gather those stories with compassion, move them through the body, shape them into meaningful narratives, and finally share them with the world in a true, authentic way.

This is not simply a writing course in authorship and authority.

It is an embodied creative journey where memoir meets movement, ritual meets reflection, and personal story becomes collective wisdom.

Together we'll remember, create, witness, and celebrate.

“Pathways of the Feminine” Volume 1 unlocks the ancient wisdom of storytelling within you, while helping you achieve something you have ALWAYS wanted to do - write a damn book. A feat only .6% of people will actually ever complete.

Where Movement Meets Memoir: Reclaiming the Unspoken Truths of Our Lives

Archive Archaeology

After our kick off call, our first few weeks together will entail a supported process called Story Mining. Story Mining is a nostalgic deep dive created by my writing mentor Cat Coley, designed to gather all the puzzle pieces that have shaped us. What happens here is like dusting off a photo album of lived experience, opening a portal of creative reflection; one that doesn’t have to do with outsourcing or trends, but excavating the authentic moments of who we are.

Somatic Storytelling

Over a weekend in the Catskills, tucked up in a cozy cabin, we write. And we move. And we play…and we will probably definitely cry too. This layer is necessary to metabolize and alchemize the depth at which we are working here. This container by nature will take us places we have not yet been, I mean that is why you signed up, right? It is my pleasure and my honor to hold you and support your body, your mind and your nervous system through out this process to allow it to be the one of the richest experiences of your life.

Ink & Echo

We write the damn thing. We send it off to the editor and a formatter and we make sure it’s exactly what we want to birth into this world. Then we let go and KNOW it is more than enough; that we are MORE than enough, so it can ripple out and find exactly who is it meant to. The last few weeks of our time together is meant to celebrate. Share your story on stages, podcasts, maybe hand it directly to that investor for your non profit. At the end of this process you will have a tangible piece of art to not display on your coffee table, but share with the world.

I spent most of my life learning how to hold it all in, and now I make it my life work teaching women how to let it all out.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Volume 1 Cohort kicks off in November of 2026 and concludes in April, 2027. This is both an authorship program, as well a mentorship container. We will meet in person in January, and then continue with bi weekly and monthly online connections to stay on task, collaborate and enrich each others experience, while being deeply held in this monumental process that will be both spacious and potent. The next section is where I would usually go into “who is this for” and “who is this not for.” But when it comes to “Pathways of the Feminine”…. if you’ve gotten this far, you already know. The opportunity and time is in fact, now. You might thinking “is my story good enough to share?” or “what would I even write about?” and those are all valid questions I am happy to support you on. But if any part of you is curious about this, add your name to the list below. All the details will follow. Cohort 1 is going to carve the path (lol) for something I know will be really special. First a pole dancing studio in a tiny town, and now a series of female authors with really important shit to say. What good is our voice if we keep yelling it into the void? Or if we keep all of our stories bound to the 4 walls of Thrive Embodied Arts or our homes, logged in our journals or locked inside the cage of our own minds and bodies. It’s time to let that shit out. In the era of instant gratification, scrolling and AI art, creating from the soul in this way is brave, radical and honest AF. That is all I will ever be here for.

And I can’t fucking wait.
