When I dreamed up this space, I envisioned the smiling faces, laughter, and tears even, that would be shared between these laminate and ceiling to floor mirrors, together. That no matter your background, the story you’re re-writing, or the baggage you still carry, Thrive Embodied Arts of New Jersey, would be a place where people could come together and unpack their shit. Heal through movement, reconnect through sensuality, and learn how to live a life full of abundance and gratitude, freeing themselves from the day to day autopilot of survival mode. I wanted Thrive Embodied Arts to be a place to exhale; an entire frequency to tune your life to. Our “Seed of Life” logo represents all the our space embodies and values.
