Creation and Destruction go hand in hand.

To anyone feeling like they’ve been a proverbial punching bag, a place holder for emotional dumping, under-valued at their place of work or being swallowed by life duties and titles like “mom”, or "wife" or... maybe even "daughter".
To anyone struggling with harmonizing new spaces of expansion, fighting for comprehension in relationships, navigating grief and love even. 
To anyone who's been going through it...

We see you.
And we know it's been tough. 

We can’t control people or their behavior (no matter how much we try lol)... we know this. BUT we can take responsibility and accountability for our own; we can also be the co-creator in both. 
And when we do that, we can decide how much personal emotional real estate someone else occupies. Hell, we might even be able to keep our ego in check.  

Within that space, we can give ourself the permission to let it be messy, and experience whatever it is we need to experience, without labeling it, giving it expectations or shaming it too. 
We can stop pressuring ourselves to show up perfect. 

When we step into the autonomy of our own creative energy, and give ourselves permission to play and be messy, obstacles and challenges reshape into opportunity and growth.

When’s the last time you did something that LIT you up? Creatively, physically, mentally, spiritually...sexually? A full feeling of satiation, joy, pleasure or purpose?

Creation energy is an opportunity to show up in the world in a way that your soul craves and sensual expression catalyzes this through pleasure and sense; sight, taste, touch, smell, sound and spirit. 

The art of being, if you will. 

Elements of shame and societal expectations, people pleasing and sometimes our own ego lead to repressing certain aspects of the self; especially in play, sensuality and sexuality. But how liberating can life be, when we can show up fully expressed;
At your job, at home, in the bedroom. Anywhere.
No guessing, no copy-cat or trending and a whole hell of a lot less judgement, less f*cks and less fear.

The Creatrix doesn't compare, she creates. 

And a creative life is an abundant life.

And something not spoken about much, is that destruction is not only necessary, but a creative and catalyzing process too. 

Creation and destruction go hand in hand. 
 

Wherever you are on your healing journey is valid; this message serves as a reminder that you hold the potential of all that you want in this world. What you need, already lives within and is here for you to embody… you just gotta be brave enough to let it out and let it exist fully. 

You are worthy of living a divine life. You do not need to “take” people's shit or shrink yourself to fit anywhere and you do not need to apologize for who you are, what you want, who or which way you like to get freaky, or what you are currently working through. Whether you are in a growth period, un- learning, re-learning, holding hands with grief or just getting back on your feet; it’s human nature to express yourself.

And not just the instagram version. The out takes and edits too. 

 Like I said, Creatrix doesn't compare, she creates. 
She also doesn't hold guilt. She knows both light and dark, she is whole. 
And vulnerability is her superpower. 
 

My best advice for you??

Surround yourself with people, spaces and experiences that support this journey. 

And let the rest burn. 
You get to decide if it's a full blaze, or a slow flicker.
