A woman who stands in love with her own body, becomes a sanctuary for others to do the same…

Somedays, it’s fucking impossible to be a woman. And somedays, you just need the be reminded how fucking amazing it is, too.

Approaching my 35th revolution around the sun this year, I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to share this clip. But to my own surprise, not because of how it looks, but because of how I thought it would be received. I too still struggle with being seen and receiving… being proud even (oof!) And also projecting that insecurity by not wanting to be “cringy” for others…

Or too happy. Or too… much. (Or too intense ♏️)

But who are we when strip that back? Who are we, when we’re not in a strangle hold of our own shame, and/or maybe the shame we hold in our DNA - unwillingly handed down to us for generations? 🤯

Every time we remember to come home to ourselves, we’re expanding this paradigm shift.

And where’s there been deep suffering, means there’s room for deep healing, too. 🧬

Every time we sit in circles with women where there is honest conversations about life, death, grief, love, sexuality and how to love our bodies, we are contributing to the infinite healing powers nestled in the feminine genius and the female form.

She is a PORTAL. Like literally.

My advice even though you didn’t ask it lol

Find your people. Love them hard. Let them love you.

We need to be seen, and felt and heard. And sometimes we need that, without any words exchanged.

Who are we when we can cry without needs of a solution? Who are we when we can express without being sexualized?

What can shift for us when we spend time in places that remind us that our bodies are THE place to come home to, not a constant DIY project?

You are the Magick. ✨ You are the Medicine. 🥣

And surrounding yourself with others remembering the same, can, no, it will, change your life.

✨When one woman stands in love with her body, she becomes a sanctuary for others to do the same. ✨

Does any of this resonate?🪞
