The outside world already works so hard to pit women against each other and our space does NOT need to add to that. Our space is sacred and it was created to be a safe haven.

The moment you step into one of our classes, you’ll quickly realize that you’re really stepping into a sanctuary to embrace your feminine energy, reclaim your divine sexual power, heal through community, and explore moving your body as a pleasurable practice.

Plus we are witchy AF, and you won’t find any of that mean girl sh*t here.🔮

Our classes include Coven gatherings, breath work, pole dancing, somatic release, zenful stretch and playful sensual movement.

There is no age limit, weight restrictions or needs of being “flexible” or “sexy” to join your first class, and we are not a fitness facility.

A curious heart is all you need. And yes, you CAN do this.

All new students start with a “Beginner Experience,” where you will be in the like minded company of other brand new students of Thrive.
