Why do we love the pole?

That 45mm of stainless steel exists as a support system to ground and center the deep, powerful, expansive feminine energy that exists and is accessed within the 4 walls of our sacred space; cultivated, carried and embodied within the beautiful souls that make up this community.

A healing woman, is magnetic and powerful. A healing woman, who feels damn good about herself, fully expressed in her divine feminine power is unstoppable. She does this by living in her truths and honoring her gifts; ridding herself of the heavy wet blanket of shame and smallness. She does this by integrating her shadow and moving through her traumas, confronting her anxieties and her fears with abundance and gratitude.

She does not do this alone, but she honors her boundaries with ease.

So for those of you reading this that are stuck on the idea that, “You could never,” please know that pole dancing is not what we do here.

Sure, we flow through choreography and share techniques with you to keep you supported on and off the pole as you feel on yourself and live your best life, but pole dancing is the base line of what happens in our studio.

It’s so much more, and so are you.🤍
