It’s not always easy… refraining from poking at our tummies or examining c-section scars and cellulite… lifting our boobs and butt cheeks up in the mirror remembering where “they used to be”. Truth is… You can’t hide from un-kind thoughts, but you can work towards healing the wounds that created them. ✨
What’s the motivation behind how you treat yourself? We no longer need to minimize the hunger to live fully in radical love with ourselves and our lives… and it’s ok to not know how to start that baby up. We got you. We’re in this together.✨
