3 Reasons you should not take the beginner pole experience with a friend…
Let me explain…
😮💨 Ability to Exhale 😮💨
My guess is, if you come with a friend, you care about them and their experience. That also probably means you are the type of person that offers up a lot of your time and energy doing just that for other people... caring about them and for them.
So let me ask you, what about you? We are down to share the love here, but sometimes coming with your bestie pulls the focus away from your own experience. Here, we focus on helping you get your “me” time back. Coming with a friend changes that “me” time to “us” time. And we think you deserve a little time for your own damn self.
🌱Vulnerability 🌱
When’s the last time you tried something new? When’s the last time you tried something new by yourself? Getting on the waitlist is the first step, but walking through our front doors for your, “Beginner Experience,” is vulnerable.
Vulnerability is the birthplace of growth. We also believe vulnerability is a super power here. We want to see you grow and Thrive. Sometimes it can be hard to lean into that potential, when your bestie is trying to take selfies with you for the gram or chat to you about where you are getting drinks after class.
💫Abundance💫
I took my first class ever with my very best friend and she was miserable the whole time. 10 years later here I am, but I remember wondering if I should continue because she just hated it so much. Sometimes as women we think we need to adapt or shrink to those around us. Not that she was asking me to do that BUT at the time I didn’t know myself as well as I do now. I almost missed out on something that truly changed the course of my life because I was worried and AFRAID of experiencing my own joy and liberation.
