We gather every first Sunday of the month from 9 to 11 am EST with Emily Rose, the founder of The Embodied Way, a movement methodology and philosophy that integrates sensuality & presence into your life. Each session focuses on embodiment practices, including movement, ritual, and somatic healing, leading into reflection, discussion, and collaboration. 

In addition, experience mid month check ins for accountability on your practice and pop up masterclasses that add value & curiosity to your life. All sessions and workshops will be recorded for later playback.
