Notes from the founder and CEO

I personally have gone through deep transformation in the many years in this department since founding Thrive Embodied Arts. Thrive once who had one team member.. Me…. doing ALL the things; teaching 15 classes a week, balancing financials, all the graphic design and marketing work, you name it. In just 3 years we have grown to an aligned team of 8 with a full time manager. As someone who has worked on her own definition of abundance and wealth both personally and in business sense (and transparently as someone who came from no financial backing and single mom income energy through out childhood), I have redirected and cleared out old money stories and feelings of lack here, and completely shifted my mindset around feeling both grounded and embodied in running a successful business; and let me tell you….running a “ interesting” business here in Sussex County Nj (at least that’s what people used to say to me when they would hear pole dancing) and being a creative human, I get to integrate this practice this DAILY.

Here’s what I will say.

Accepting my intuition, hitting the shadow work and reflecting (without obsessing thats a BIG one), casting visions and setting intentions, and even syncing my cycle have really changed a lot for me. Realizing and owning that I wouldn’t be and couldn’t be for everyone literally changed just about every way I approach what I do.

And here’s the thing for me, after tens of thousands of dollars in my business education outside of my art degree, certifications, trainings, and books and podcasts…at the end of the day it’s my body who always tells me and knows best.

And thats what I want for you too.

This year in particular I am really interested in helping women invite innate creative power, spaciousness and peace into all realms of their life.

Clarity. Integration and Reverence, too.
