Healing through breath work is a space to be mindful of the how and why we breathe. You will be guided through simple methods such as stimulating and tranquil exercises to ground the body into its natural state and settle the nervous system.
You will also see some light, healing movement. Here, we release emotions through gentle motion, guiding us to our intuitive state.
Then, we will combine breathing and movement for a full release.
