Pathways, transitions and bippity bops, this is a juicy low flow offering for those who truly enjoy and find pleasure around the base of the pole. Expect to find some slinky, slidey, nourishing movement to support your pole dance practice. Lot’s of musical offerings to inspire tones and textures of what can show up for us when we are curious about our dance as a form of uncovering and unraveling.

New pathways allow us to wring out different ways to express, plus this is the perfect energy for our "Wealth Embodiment" inspired month of Sept, to get all the stagnant energy moving and grooving.
