This workshop is a mindful meditation through eating with your senses. A guided practice where you can connect to slowing down like winter snow. We will reflect on our favorite recipes and why they matter most. We will take the time to nourish our taste buds with food being present and find space in the digestion process. Our bodies are our greatest tools to listen.
Eating is one of the most common things we do on a daily basis. Sometimes we don't even think about it. But what if we did? What if we slowed down and processed food on a sensual level?
This is for the woman who wants to honor the winter season, find inspiration in recipes, and navigate emotional eating. We will enliven the ritual of sitting at the table again.
What you will need for this workshop is your favorite snack or homemade recipe to play with, utensils and a journal. You do not need to make an elaborate meal here, just something to ingest along with this practice.
