NEW STUDENTS START HERE!
"Intro to Pole Dance" is a 3 week introductory series for *brand new* Thrive students. No fitness, dance, or movement background is required to be eligible for this class.
Once a week for 3 weeks, we will introduce you to our Thrive culture of pole dance and movement, sensuality, body love and community in a space to awaken your divine feminine energy. Students who take this course are also eligible for unlimited mobility classes (Like Zen & Stretch and Flexibility) during their 3 week sessions.
We recommend you head into a 4 week beginner series after! (which can be found in our workshops tab)
