Continue your pole dancing journey here after your first “Intro to Pole Dance” class.
“Beginner Pole Dance” is a 5 week series is designed for those who want to continue their pole dance practice after experiencing their first “Into to Pole” class.
Though this series highlights the fundamentals of pole dancing techniques and skills, there is nothing basic happening here. During our Beginner Pole Dance program, students will learn static spins, climbing, beginner inversion drills and over all fluidity, building strength and confidence along the way. Thrive students are encouraged to complete a Beginner series before moving into “Exotic Pole Dance” “Level 1 Pole” “Level 2 Pole” or “Pole Flow”. For those serious about their pole journey, whether the motivation is fitness, expression, sensual exploration or committing to something new, this is the space for you. 5 week of growth, self-love and knowledge of all things pole dance & embodied movement. You got this! We can’t wait to have you.
This class meets once a week at the same time every week, with the same group of women for those 5 weeks. We suggest you sign up with a friend!
Beginner series can be repeated if necessary, however there are no make -up or roll overs for series courses.
