This “Beginner Pole Dance” is a 3 week series is designed for those who want to continue their pole dance practice after experiencing their first “Into to Pole” class.
Though this series highlights the fundamentals of pole dancing techniques and skills, there is nothing basic happening here. During our Beginner Pole Dance program, students will learn static spins, climbing, beginner inversion drills and over all fluidity, building strength and confidence along the way. Thrive students are encouraged to complete a Beginner series before moving into “Exotic Pole Dance” “Mixed Level Pole”, “Advanced Pole” or “Pole Flow”.For those serious about their pole journey, whether the motivation is physicality, expression, sensual exploration or committing to something new, this is the space for you. 3 weeks of growth, self-love and knowledge of all things pole dance & embodied movement. This class meets once a week at the same time every week, with the same group of women for those 3 weeks. We suggest you sign up with a friend!
*Most beginner series will be repeated by students twice- the second time really helps to smooth out and embody new movement. During your 3- week course there there are no make -up or roll overs for each class.
