“Introduction to Wild Within” One Day Intensive

Saturday, January 13th from 11am - 3:30 pm

This is an offering that is outside of regular membership classes. It is also a prerequisite for Wild Within Intensives, 10 Week Programs and Retreats. 

Wild Within is our transformative programming. This is the introduction to it. So, if you have been interested in growth mindset work, emotional intelligence, movement for pleasure, expansion of the self and sexual expression, and deep rooted healing; this is for you. If you  are looking for the soul work and the human work we offer, but are less interested in the pole, this is also for you.

Hour 1 - Introduction to  Emotional Sovereignty 101™

Exploring Empathy and Boundaries 

Hour 2- Introduction to Wild Body Magick 101 ™

Transforming and alchemizing somatic (body) wisdom into energy that serves us

Little Break

Hour 3/4 - Activating Personal Power 

Invitations to explore sensuality and sexual energy as a pathway to abundance, gratitude and joy
