At the very least, “The Exhale Exchange”  was cultivated as a monthly offering for YOU to 

breathe, put your never ending to-do  list down & pour back into yourself while also growing your business. 

Join us every 3rd Tuesday at Thrive Embodied Arts for an intimate, connective and stress relieving networking event for female entrepreneurs and women in business. 

Expect to start all gatherings with some light breath work and somatics led by Emily Rose, founder of Thrive Embodied Arts, to ground into who you are, followed by introductions, networking and co-creation time with each other or a guest expert/speaker. 

Practice putting yourself out there, using your voice, asking for support, GAINING people in your corner and expanding your business relationships in an environment that fosters creativity, connection and women centered work. 

We’re not doing anything alone, depleted or without joy & resources for 2026. 

So let’s set ourselves up to have the most wildly abundant year, yet. 

This is a recurring event, every 3rd Tuesday at Thrive Embodied Arts from 11am - 1:30 pm

Session is from  11-1 and then 1-1:30 spacious co-mingling time.
