The journey of pleasure through self has been a long winding road for many of us.
We are all raised with different conditionings… to believe that self pleasure is dirty, that it’s bad, that we are incapable of experiencing it, that we need to hide it, that self pleasure means climax or orgasm and there’s nothing in between….
And movement, especially sensual movement has taught me to question so much of these conditions and stories and layers.
Movement presents to us a mirror to see where we are at with those stories, which ones are present in our lives today and which ones serve us or need to be shed and while on that path we also get to experience the pleasure that comes with inner exploration.
Pleasure is a reclamation. It’s an endless valley and not a peak. It’s a depth and a stillness. It’s a well of endless possibility and it is so deeply accessible; healing and present with a ritualistic movement practice and in a space with women who purposely create a container to support one other with love and to be present without imposing expectation.
All this comes to mind as we put together this magickal experience for you.

What can you expect during this intensive?
Emily Rose and Ashley Molson together, are a power couple that invite you into embodying soulful sensuality, sexual energy and high priestess vibes not only in the sacred space of the studio, but carried out into your daily life as well.
A lot of time loving on ourselves and our bodies through journaling, touch, breath, visualization, play and movement. De-conditioning of thinking self- pleasure practices are “dirty”.
**Must be ok with pasties and partial nudity to participate in this experience. It doesn’t mean you yourself need to disrobe or be naked, however please note that in Wild Within workshops, as well as at the studio always, we live in brave vulnerability and cut ties with judgement and expectation.
