Reiki level 1
The Thrive Embodied Arts Reiki 1 Training Course will be an immersive interactive online Reiki 1 experience. You will learn the foundations and history of reiki, as well as a deep understanding of the 7 main chakras. After you receive your distant one-on-one attunement, you'll be able to perform reiki on yourself, your daily activities, and your pets. You'll learn the first reiki symbol and will receive a Reiki 1 Practitioner Certificate. Seasoned reiki practitioners are encouraged to participate to reignite your knowledge and come back to basics. This course is open to anyone, regardless of experience in bodywork, spiritual development, or soul work.
Your active involvement will greatly assist in the depth of receiving during this 21-day course filled with reiki, meditation, movement, journaling, and reflection. We meet for an hour once a week for three weeks, but the true experience starts when you bring the practice into your daily life
Bio for Levy Sol
Levy Sol is a reiki master and intuitive healer. Her most important role is empowering women to trust the wisdom of their bodies. She is a small business owner of Sparkles of Sol, a reiki-infused handmade crystal jewelry shop. Her first love has always been teaching. She has been a classroom teacher since 2006, starting her career teaching Spanish in NYC, English in Asia, and moving from the classroom to the studio with cardio dance, yoga, floor work, and pole dance. She teaches flow classes online with Thrive Embodied Arts, and will be facilitating the Reiki 1 Training Course.
This Class meets at 9:45 AM- 11:15 AM EST online via Zoom
Saturday May 7, May 21 and May 28.
*Week 2 will include individual sessions.
