Monday Conversations: Movement & Meaning is a gentle, introspective movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body, your thoughts, and what’s quietly asking for your attention.
We begin with guided prompts—like questions you might journal on, but instead, you feel them. Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and awareness, you’ll explore your internal landscape and open a dialogue with your body.
As the class unfolds, we shift into optional partner-based movement explorations—“conversations” expressed without words. These playful, supportive exchanges allow you to move through thoughts, emotions, or experiences in a new, embodied way.
No performance. No pressure. Just curiosity, connection, and expression.
We close with grounding and reflection so you can carry that clarity into your week.
