Tuesday at 2pm-3pm starting June 23rd
Ground, Grow & Play is a nurturing movement and mindfulness class designed for little ones (ages 2–5) and their caregivers.
Together, you’ll explore gentle movement, simple breath awareness, and imaginative play that supports early body connection and emotional expression. Through guided activities, sensory prompts, and playful exploration, little ones will begin to build self-awareness, practice regulation tools, and learn to move through big feelings in a supported way.
This is a space to slow down, connect, and grow side by side—where curiosity is welcomed, movement is intuitive, and both you and your little one are invited to arrive exactly as you are.
